Titan Works Construction Limited (“we”, “us”) is the controller of personal information submitted through this website. We use it only to respond to enquiries about construction and building services.

When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, telephone number, project type, project location and message. If you telephone or email us, we will hold the information you choose to provide.

How we use it

We use this information to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quotation and, where you instruct us, to carry out the works. We do not sell your details. We do not use the enquiry form for marketing lists unless you have separately agreed to that.

Legal basis

For website enquiries we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to potential customers, and on steps taken at your request before entering a contract.

Retention

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to deal with the request and for a reasonable period afterwards in case of follow-up. Contract records, if a project proceeds, are kept for the period required for accounting and legal purposes.

Your rights
